It's true, every morning for the last 7 years this is what I have had for breakfast. I am not sure how I stumbled upon this product, but I started drinking it when I was pregnant to help get some more vitamins, and also so I could drink more milk (I hate plain white milk). But the stuff is so good it just became a morning habit.

They have a sugar free version, but I can't stomach it because I got so used to this flavor. I have tried all the other flavors, but I always come back to the Milk Chocolate. It really is the best tasting.

It is a quick, low calorie vitamin and mineral packed breakfast for me. Sometimes I even drink it at night as a dessert if I am watching calories and I need some chocolate, but can't splurge on ice cream.
